Job description

As a Project Manager, you have a very important role in planning a project strategy according to the client's needs. Guiding the client through their project journey and being a reference point to your team. In a team you take the lead as Project Manager and being responsible for delivering projects in line with the agreed-upon timeline, scope and budget.

Where you're going to work

As a project manager consultant you will be helping and guiding our end-clients through their project up on your expertise. Daily follow-ups and periodically reporting to PMO or senior management and the business. Projects can be in different sectors like finance, life science, government and aviation. In AZ-IT you count on personal approach with training and support, a company where you can be your true self enjoying what you love to do.

Your profile

  • You have at least 10 years of experience in project management in IT, technical background is a big plus
  • A proven track record in managing digital transformation projects (software, applications, process-driven, infrastructure, etc.)
  • You have a commercial mindset, good focus, patience and results-driven
  • You are responsible for project management from A to Z (guiding the client and the team as well during the project)
  • Your advice has always been in line with your clients’ unique identities, the market and your employer’s strategy
  • You see opportunities and work proactively to coordinate in time and approach the right people to gather information and to get the job done. 
  • You have one or more certification in: PMI, ITIL, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, SAFe, etc.
  • You communicate in Dutch, French and English fluently
